The Climate and Energy Coordinator must have the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Accounting, Finance
• Must have 10+ years' experience in environmental engineering, or energy industry, or strategy / financial planning
• Must have a basic knowledge of the changing landscape of energy demand and supply challenges from a corporate perspective, and connected regulatory, financial and institutional considerations
• Must have a sound understanding of the economic, environmental and development dimensions of climate change - especially as relevant to a multinational business
• Must have experience in facilitative / coordination roles within large corporate, in developing and executing strategic and business plans, and in making strategic recommendations to C-suite audience
• Must have strong influencing, interpersonal and communication skills; tolerance for ambiguity; ability to inspire peers and support networks; and a head for numbers and a systems perspective that can see a global enterprise as a whole
