India Infrastructure review from Time Magazine Nov 22nd Issue

Hey MJ,

You may have read it but in case you haven't

http://www.time.com/time/magazine/article/0,9171,2030900,00.html

In Short, it is saying:
1. India Government has very little income-tax revenue which is mainly spent on defense and subsidies for the poor.
2. So there are private companies that build the public infrastructure.
3. However, they will only focus on public infrastructure that makes money such as road tolls. However, for infrastructure that has no means to charge such as public sewage and water.

No one is building!

Have a good day!
