Front flip:

To do a front flip is to avoid using the speed of rushing forward.  It is to jump up straight, swing your arms forward from a raised position, tuck your head and interestingly, tuck your feet towards your stomach as quickly as possible.

Magically, as you spin through the air hosting your legs, resist the instinct to kick out when your head is facing downwards. Rather in that spilt second, feel the moment when you finish the spin and your legs are pointing down, kick out to stand up.

Being conscious of all that happening in 2-3 seconds is the beauty of learning before it becomes muscle  memory.
